I've always wondered how do you cook your mushrooms?

dead easy HC, just bung em in the oven in a pyrex dish for 20-30 mins depending on size. I usually pour some olive oil into the palm of my hand and rub each one into it so they don't dry out.

Tonights had no oil on em but i dribbled a nice dollop of chilli sauce into each one.

Just experiment a bit........my fave is to grate some cheese and some dry bread into a bowl....mix it up the fill the centre of some medium shrooms. then wet the outside of them with olive oil and drizzle a bit on the top of em. Deeeeelish!

    Have a go and see.

Morning all, and what a horrible wet one it is. At least it's Friday :D

I'm sure no-one wants to think about Xmas yet, but in a Homeplus yesterday I got packs of the Tesco Napkins (20 pack), the burgundy coloured ones with the Christmas puds on. These were reduced in my superstore to 75p, but then went back up to £1?? something. I got them yesterday for 9p a pack. Will need them for a social club Christmas Party I have been roped into doing. They also had other christmas napkins and table covers heavily reduced, if anyone wants to be a little :money:and organised.:)
