I don't, been chatting to a 22 year old for the last 6 weeks and been getting on like a house on fire. Tonight he decides to ask how old I am and when I told him he blocked me. I went on to my other profile (two different apps but same thing) and he had put on his profile "don't be old enough to be my dad! bloody perverts!" The best of it is, even though my profile was blank, it was he who struck up the conversation right at the very start.
Charming! some people make my blood boil! When stuck up little poos like him are born I swear they threw the best bit away!:rotfl::rotfl:0 -

I've just had an email to claim 14, yes 14 free samples of Garnier moisturiser :j
It won't let me put the link up as I've already claimed mine.
It's on their facebook page

For certain reasons I cannot give too many details but will try to explain best I can.
For the last week I have spent a lot of time in my local ITU sitting with a lady whom I have known for 15months. This is to do with my work although it does not normally involve hospitals and never situations like thisThe lady is only in her early 40's and through complications from a simple operation is now severely ill. Got told the weekend she is unresponsive and they think brain dead, although her heart is beating she is on a respirator. I have sat and talked, laughed and tried my best to be positive not knowing if she can hear anything I am saying:( I found out today that they will be turning the respirator off tomorrow and she will either die or breathe for herself but be faced with a life of 24hr care with no dignity:( . I know I should be more professional and it should not be affecting me this way but this is the first time I have been faced with such a sad situation. I don't know until the morning if I am expected to be there when it happens as she has no close family.
How will I be strong? I really don't think I can be
Still catching up..........
Dunno what to say........
Big hugs for you....and I'm kinda hoping the other person makes a smooth transition to the 'other side'.0 -

On the topic of the epilators, I was fortunate (if you can call it that
) to obtain one of the 'special packaging' Braun ones from Mr T..... it's a little painful the first few times, but does get easier......
I know what a painful epilator is like.... I originally started with one of the 'free if you spend £XX' in the Avon book. So it was a cheapo, and YES, it hurt like hell..... the Braun feels more like using a razor in comparison......
My advise, don't get a cheap type just to 'try it out'!
I agree, I had one years ago and ouch!!! I have a braun 7 and it is fantastic, I even do underarms with it now which I would not have waxed. Not that painful at all;)

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.0 -
Just for best price.....
tonights tea was this. Those burgers were sainbobs (whoopsied) mini burgers.
Then when I got in from whoopsying I had this..........
The chicken was well old and froast bitten so thought it'd be well ropey but was actually spot on and well juicy.
Bad news is I'm currently slaughtering a few hens.
On the whole though, not a bad week...first day having a drink and fairly healthy eating. Reasonably pleased with that.0 -
