Ruby
Pets at home do a good small greyhound collar, my Ruby's is over a year old and looks like new.
Is the wee guy a greyhound or whippet cross? ( Is he big or small?)
My girl is a greyhound/deerhound parented lurcher, her brother looks like a greyhound and her sister looks more like an Irish wolfhound puppy, no one believes they are litter matesHi, Freddies Flyers Two, I have a lurcher and got her from a rescue centre and agree totally with SpirallingDown. My pup is so intelligent, and gentle. She is quick to learn and loves having a mad 5 minutes off the lead, but once I clip her on the lead she walks well, and in the house is a total couch potato!
I wouldnt think twice about having a lurcher now!!!
Any chance of a pic of the puppy? enjoy!:T:T:T:T
Hubby rang the Dogs Trust at lunchtime to tell them we were happy to go ahead with the rehoming, they had put a temporary reserve on him for us so that nobody else could reserve him, the lady told him that the owner who had brought him in the day before wants him back:eek::eek: Apparently its the second time she has taken him and asked for him back. They said if she doesn't come and get him they will let us have him, but that they are obliged to let her have him back, which is understandable, I just wish that they had been certain she wouldn't do that before offering him up for rehoming. They mentioned yesterday in passing that she'd said she wanted him back but that she had no chance so we just assumed that was that. Ive been crying all afternoon (I am a really soppy thing!) I had the awful task of telling DS1 when he came home from school & he's like me, so he was crying:( Havent seen DS2 yet as he's out for tea at a friends but he's made of tougher stuff so should be ok! But atleast I know from this experience that I want a Lurcher/greyhound/whippet X of some sort, and she has said that they are getting some puppies in next week although she didn't say what breed they were. Thanks for all your advise & pictures though it's really been a big help for us & your dogs are beautiful xxxI've been accepted to trial the Braun silk epil epilator on supersavvy :j:j:j:j:j

Nikki - Jogging :T Bravo! Sorry to hear DS felt so disheartened after his exam. From my experience, the exams I've found most difficult have actually been the ones I've done best in because it's taken me so much more effort and time to process the question to produce an answer. He's worked incredibly hard and clearly a very bright and intelligent boy so I really hope he passes with flying colours :A
