SpirallingDown I always thought once payment was took a contract had been formed and they had to provide the goods, but I am sure someone told me on here not too long ago it's not the case!

Opened my butter earlier and found this and had to post x

I checked it out on CAB website they say it depends on T&Cs on each site but most state contract is formed when goods dispatched :(

Just in from work and I had a nice envelope from Cardiff. One paltry Real Food magazine and one of the Jubilee versions of the Ts mag (the one with the Welches coupon). Guess I wasn't destined to get any free MAM :(

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

Just popping on for a short while, might be back later, off to the cinema tonight to see Rock of Ages. Very useful that my DD works at Vue Cinemas :D

Have to say I love spiders. Spent ages chasing a jumping spider around a few days ago, and was very disappointed that I could not get closer to spiders in Kenya! It is probably partly down to the fact I had two brothers, one younger and one older, so might be a defence mechanism.

It was quite funny, about 20 years ago I was babysitting this strapping 14 year old and his younger brother and it was in daddy long legs season, one got into his room and I heard a scream. I had to catch this poor thing with this strapping young man watching terrified :rotfl::rotfl:

Hugs to everyone, I see Fudge_cake is being an absolute angel as normal, big hugs to 3Dogs and Alan, here's hoping things get easier for him soon and so pleased you found an angel in ninetails.

Love to all, will probably hang around till dinner now!

Big thanks for this, I got some of the Disney sets this morning.

Also today I came across Funky Farm Yard tableware set (plate, bowl and beaker - beaker is 3D) and this is now 49p b/code ends 5472.

For anyone near HomePlus Sealand Rd there are lots of the disney sets downstairs, heading towards the tills on the far wall.

Ive tried giving myself a talking to but it doesnt seem to have helped :rotfl: the thing is i know how daft and stupid it is and i know they cant hurt me but bloody hell they give me the heebie jeebies :rotfl: its the way they dart about the place *shudders again*

Would love to try hypnotherapy or something to try and get over it!

It took me a while and i really couldnt do it at first. Started REAL SMALL..........then moving my hand close to the bigger ones knowing they would run away. Takes time but is a nice accomplishment overcoming that fear. Give it a try.....much better achievement that getting McKenna to help you. :)
