Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Name Dropper
My nappy pic was removed..... Some people are just too prude and report anything they find slightly rude/offensive.

The term pedo is derived from paediatrics which, if I'm not mistaken is a part of a hospital that deals with children under a certain age? Karlie?? So yes, I was able to see where the manufacturers got the name 'pedo' from for their nappies, it's just a shame in this country that the term 'pedo' has a more sinister meaning, which is what I mean by an unfortunate product name.

Don't worry HC84; we'll stay strong and stick together on this one. :D:rotfl::D

Just like sticking a 10p coin on the pavement with some super glue and watching passers-by trying to pick it up off the floor.

There's a 5p stuck to the pavement just a bit up the street from me. I've lived here 10 years and it still gets me every time!:mad:

Some new wine deals on M & S, thanks to OP on grabbit, 10% for buying 2 cases and 10% code on Martins discount vouchers bit valid until midnight tomorrow. Looks like code can be used for more or less anything. :j

Going to give a miss but looks like you can get 2 cases of 12 bottles of red or white/rose from their spectacular deals for £83.50 delivered. Just under £3.50 bottle. Not as good as we are used I know. ;)

I always give coins on the street I find a little nudge with my foot first ;)

Some years ago I spotted a £1 coin on the pavement and went to pick the thing up when it moved:eek: Some chap had tied a thin bit of cotton to the coin. So I stamped on the cotton and took it  He was like
I gave it back to him though :p

Sadly there are one or two posters who seem intent on reporting anything you post that isn't 'straight down the middle'.

Take no notice. I used to get all uppity if my posts got removed....I don't give a flyin banana now. On most occasions the posting has been seen by most anyway by the time it gets removed so 'job done' anyway ;)
