  • Looks like Price Check/Promise changes aren't in force yet, so business as usual. From article today in This Money

"We want to be sure we're giving customers the best possible information when we start to promote the website nationally,' said Tesco's spokesperson. The new terms are not yet being enforced to allow a change over period, but will be in the next few weeks."

Couple of interesting quotes from T FB page - must be MSE'rs - that £17.92 voucher looks seriously like a quadruple B & J deal :D Hands up Kelly and Andrea (Minnie?) :)

    http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/bills/article-2159981/Tesco-puts-cap-price-check-vouchers-reshapes-comparison-service.html?ito=feeds-newsxml

    Thanks for the article!
Interesting read, especially changing the name from check to promise. Yep I'm sure customers wanted that ;);)
Marketing materials about the new website have been introduced in some stores in Sheffield. 'We want to be sure we're giving customers the best possible information when we start to promote the website nationally,' said Tesco's spokesperson.

interesting! feels like they are trying to start again completely!
Wow! we're over half way through this thread already.

Love it, did T's know what had hit them??

The security guards kept sort of circling us;)especially when we FK had the laptop on the table and we had a mound of coupons in the middle and it was sort of take what you want.

Neosi managed to get about 180 books in two bags:T:T:T:T which we then put in the trolley and covered with a cushion to get them out;);)(We are sharing the books out though;););)) We all got MAMS, someone got an "accidental" DTD, we got whoopsies and flowers.Had a brilliant time, we did all laugh loads, especially when we were all discussing various glitches and realised a security guard was sitting behind us. It's only 3 hours parking so we had to keep moving our cars:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Agree with Neosi it was a fab way to spend a saturday afternoon:T:T:T:T
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

    Evening all,

Have managed to catch up after a busy few days.
My grandma has come out of hospital this week after a fortnight in so have been visiting her. She is very down as she's pretty much housebound now and having to have carers come in several times a day. It's also a bad time of year for us as 2 year anniversary of my Dad's (her son's) death last week and would have been his birthday next week.

Went into Ts this evening for some flowers to take to the crem for Dad tomorrow and managed to get a few whoopsies RTC palmolive shower gels and Ts own handwash. Noticed there were a lot of RTC labels on normal shelves in hand and body lotions/shower gels etc. May be store specific but might be worth a look elsewhere.
♥ Worrying does not empty tomorrow of it's troubles.... it empties today of it's strength ♥
