    MSE Elite angels.....can you guess who?

    Evening.. well I'm assuming that it's QPR, nannylala and nikkilala - I'm also guessing they went to the big W@tford store because I used to go there for the krispy kreme shop/counter and i think i recognise it :rotfl:

    Had a lazy day today, didnt meet my friend for coffee as she had to go for a chest xray at the hospital (suspected pleurisy). So seeing her tomo instead.

    Guess what the postman brought me earlier?... a lovely £25 voucher from Waitrose/John Lewis. I complained about some yogurts a month ago (the lids weren't very secure and spurted out whenever i opened one - the black cherry flavour ruined a white top so i decided to complain about their flimsy packaging). Anyway, hand written note, apologies and top notch CS from Waitrose :j:j I was sooo chuffed.
    Tiger :cool:
    I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find

  • I have to say I have NEVER seen IT systems developments so badly managed in my life. Believe me my OH and I have plenty of experience in the IT field but Tesco's IT systems are really badly designed and the development side really is shoddy at best. What on earth is Tesco thinking???? Personnaly I think there is huge loop hole here, I can't remember which Price Check vouchers I've used, how can they expect others to remember. I am not saying this system should be abused but Tesco really are making some HUGE mistakes here. No communiction to service users and not testing systems before the make them live. This is mad and sooooo goes against best practice when it comes to systems development.

    Review your suppliers Tesco, you are not getting value for you money with you current suppliers.

    I think their IT department is amazing :D

    Dear Tesco IT department,

    Keep up the great job guys and girls, I want to see the odd money back glitch, always nice to see those ones.

    Cheers LTF

    I'm already mad :rotfl::rotfl:

    No definitely chocolate ones, it said £1.50 on the till when I scanned the first one :D

    I got two packs of the chocolate ones - it is purely on the SS till. if you go through a manned till it doesn't call for the authoristion, but then it depends on the SA. That's why it's best to get a couple of other bits and get the cakes packed away in the carrier bag first. HTH
