I too have rec'd the "price promise" voucher. My price check voucher for the same receipt is no longer printable, it just takes you to the new price promise page and also the vouchers are redeemable to a maximum value of £10 not £20, so do you think the vouchers we have with a few pizza deals will be capped?

Good morning all - back from the wettest week ever in Torquay - we have had better weeks when we have gone in November - it was great meeting up with family and friends.

I did lurk a little but haven't got a clue if there are any juicy glitches to be had - there were loads of the real food mags in T0rqu@y metro and also N3t0n &bb0t think it is a superstore.

Just read back from last night to see Mr3Dogs is not so well so special hugs to you both - hope everyone else is well.

    Morning all xxx

just a quick one really, just to say thanks for all your lovely messages and a special thanks to Frequent who once again kept me sane through a bad time.....best nutter in the world badge to you hunni. xxx

I have no chance at all of catching up but a big hug to 3dogs and alan......havent seen your updates yet but from quote i see above it doesnt seem to have been a good time for you both, hope you get the pain sorted ASAP and the baby monitor thing is a good idea xxx

I came out of hospital late thursday but yesterday was not good, sat sobbing like a baby most of day, but had a bit of sleep last night and feel much better for it. My consultant is amazing, I have acute bowel obstruction but due to past bowel operations and adhesions/scar tissue heaven in there! he is trying his VERY best to manage this without surgery, I am grateful to him for this but cant help being terrified that despite this I may end up with surgery again, its not the surgery that scares me but the resulting problems from more adhesions etc........oops maybe too much information!!!!

Anyway will pop in here when I can, and hope everyone is well

Hugs as always xxxxxxxxx You lot are amazing xxxxx

Morning all, I'm still feeling rubbish and can't sleep, eat or drink. Spent 3hrs without meds in the Walk in Centre last night, they say its tonsilitis or possibly Glandular Fever. Can anyone suggest how I can keep the pain away, I'm already taking max doeses of both paracetamol and ibuprofen, but still ache all over, go hot and cold and can't bear to swallow.

(Excuse the ill typing, my head isn't where it should be)

Gargle with dispersible aspirin. That really helped the pain when I had tonsillitis
