I was told that chickenpox is most contageouse before the spots are fomed and crusted over. My daughter had one spot for two weeks. I thought it was odd and took her to the Dr 'cos the spot was more like a water blister than just a bite or normal spot. The Dr told me they thought it could be but were unsure as one spot for two weeks was unusual. The next day she was covered. I phoned the school and asked if she should be kept off and they told me that she should not as it could last for three of four week which was too much time off school. What they did do was send out a message to all parents to advise that a case of chicken pox had been reported. Other than that they advised me to carry on as normal (I didn't, I refused playdates and meet ups until the spots had pretty much gone). I just wanted to add this note so you know that there is conflicting adivce out there and sometimes they advise parents to continue as normal, although they may come in to contact with risk groups. Just a point to note...

A French phrase often used in English to express a cheerful enjoyment of life; an exultation of spirit
Exactly
In mathematics and logic , the phrase "there is one and only one" is used to indicate that exactly one object with a certain property.
( that same mathematics and logic applied to my bets )
Ed get off your soap box.
Promoting coupon manipulation is ok then right ?

I lay out the wet receipts on the car seat and leave them there until the next day
I spread them out on the floor in front of the front seater of the car (7 seather and only me and 2 kids using it). My OH put them all in the bin thinking they were rubbish
On the plus side, I explained to my 7 yr old DS the value of the reciepts i.e. club card points and Jtd and he manged to womble two 50p off match attax cards which he has been asking for. Guess what his reward is for all the reciepts he found :rotfl:Avatar courtesey of HC :beer:0 -

WARNING !!!!
I was in B&Q at the weekend, looking round the garden section, when a man in an orange overall came up to me and asked me if I wanted decking.
Luckily I got the first punch in, but I just thought I'd warn other people to be on their guard.

I'm not an advertising executive, but I'm pretty sure this is a key way to promote your product or service.

Ed, I understand what you are saying but Frequent has never urged others to bet or tipped winners or anything like that, and he has lost on the odd occasion and that shows the perils of betting
I agree that if anyone was actually encouraging others to bet or tipping a horse for example, then their posts would not be welcome and would be reported, as I have reported a couple of such posts in the past .... but I have never found the need to report any of FQ's posts
By your reasoning, if someone is enjoying a drink and telling us about it, it would be wrong as it might encourage someone to drink and help put an alcoholic back on the bottleMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
