    Sunny in Manchester again?!?

The following items will help bulk up your shop in a cheap and efficient manner when using Tesco's new Price Promise? What Price Promise? :D

For those who don't know, Tesco have recently moved their goal posts re: Price Check/Price Promise. Your shop must now contain at least 1 comparable grocery product and at least 8 different items in total.

So if you're targeting a small JTD shop, then here are some cheap and cheerful items to bulk up your shop.

When did we start doing this again ^?

Sorry, didn't mean to pick on just the 2 of you, there were loads of others.

An example of why Tesco makes me

    http://www.tesco.com/groceries/ProductBuylist/default.aspx?id=L00005940&icid

There is no way that the peaches and nectarines were worth £3.39 before.

£1 should be the normal price!

You can get the same things from Aldi for 69p:

Tesco conning people to think they've come across a deal.

Nooo, not a glitch but my store had loads of damaged cases and decided to whoopsie it all so got quite a few cases. An example was 24 cans of stella for £7.50.

Managed to buy £40 worth and use a 6 off 40 tillspit too :)

I do need to throw myself back onto my wagon though as the beer is not helping my 'diet' at all.

Ah that explains it. I did something similar other month with John Smiths 10s £4.50 got 9 packs and used same till split as you. Less than £4 for 10 cans pleased Mr TS even though he prefers proper ales. :)

Just eating a lovely whoopsied lunch Ts Finest Scottish Gravadlax and panini (whoppsied too of course). Approx cost 18p and I've used half the pack. The 3 for £10 and 2 for £7 is over a bigger variety than normal fish and meat so got lamb chops, trout fillets and the gravadlax £1 a pack and the £2 multibuy kicked in. :T

Also can confirm the multibuy on the BBQ meat is still working now the offer has changed to 2 for £6/3 for £8 paid 14p for 3 packs. Need these sorts of offers at the moment as my local has stopped 90% final reductions and only doing 70/75% lately. ;)

Last night in my local extra the whoopsies were 'only' reduced to 75% instead of 90%. A 12 pack of lamb chops were £3.05, expensive for whoopsies but still cheap compared to normal price. Also bought some BBQ meat kebabs and multi buy discount kicked in. Bedding plants were reduced to 45p a tray, needed a good watering so left them outside overnight..:):)
