I'm back! A little sore and tired but ok. I thought I had cracked my coccyx several years ago and have been having steroid injections for a long time. They are less and less effective. As I have already had a claim on my Medical Insurance this year because of the Chronic Urticaria I decided to get a second opinion. I then found out I had fractured it and it had fused back together in a hook shape (severely deformed). The Consultant asked about previous injections and was  when I said I was awake for them before. It looks like I will have to have the coccyx removed but as a last ditch attempt I have had the steroid injections again today under GA, and the coccyx has been manipulated. Fingers crossed it will help.

Worrying thing was though when I saw Consultant he also told me I had Spina Bifida Occulta and Degenerative Disc Disease:eek::eek:. He said we will deal with these afterwards.

Have to say if anyone ever has any choice on which hospital they can use, the BMI Thornbury at Sheffield is outstanding. :T:T:T

    Rant Alert
I'm so flippin annoyed at myself! I bought a part for my car from ebay last month only to discover it was the wrong thing I'd ordered :o returned to seller who said they would gladly refund. Checked my paypal account last night for refund but there is nothing there. Emailed seller last night asking how much longer it would take, they mailed back this morning saying they could'nt find my return and asking for the tracking number. Went to look for post office receipt and I've only gone and sent it first class so no tracking number
Sorry for venting here, just so angry with myself

Small Glitch on M&S dine in.

"Just bought 2 M & S Dine in for £10 deals - details on food & shopping thread - and got 2 ice cream for dessert. However they are on offer 2 for £6, so it takes an addititonal £1.60 off 2 meal deals. In Summary - 2 dine in meals for £18.40!"

    Thanks to mcphail on grabbit.
