Had a phone call from DS1's school to pick him up this afternoon as he has come out in a rash, pretty sure that its slap cheek but have dr's appointment later to confirm. Fine in himself, he is currently happily playing skylanders with DS2 loving the fact that he is missing science lol!

Hi everyone

Totally off topic - but I am trying to get a little bit of extra cash at them mo and read some of you doing car boot sales? I've never been to one and have no idea where they be or how to take part. I've loads of baby bits - car seats, prams, cots, etc.. all like new - is this the sort of thing they sell. I also have my DH Wii that he has never used but do you sell things like this at a bootsale. I've tried ebay but can't get pic to upload so just want an easy way to get rid of it all.

From my experience people at boot sales want to pay pennies rather than pounds, so any decent stuff like a Wii, I would try and sell on gumtree or similar

Daisy baby stuff seems to sell well at the carboots i go to but be prepared for the fact no one wants to pay much for anything, and you probally wont get a fraction of the true value of the items, would a card in a shop window or a newspaper ad not work for you for some of the bigger baby items and the wii. as you cant prove its working in a field no one will be prepared to pay real money for it.

I hope you managed to sell your items and get what you want for them
