a woman was getting a refund on something she did not like the taste of, cs just refunded no questions asked.
I noticed a tub of ice cream had a cracked tub so took it back to T and asked for an exchange which they did with no problem. It did make me laugh though as I had thrown away the contents and washed out the tub before taking it in so they had no way of knowing if I had eaten it or not but they didn't question it - I just assumed they wouldn't want a half melted tub of ice cream.
I also bought a net of grapefruit and then noticed a couple of days later that one was quite soft and squishy. I took it back to CS and they just took it off me and told me to help myself to another one.
I don't have much time for T CS staff generally but always find them very good with this kind of thing and they have never refused to replace or refund an item that I didn't like.
My DD says it is because I go quite posh and indignant and speak with such conviction that they don't dare disagree with me!If you're not scared, you're not paying attention0 -
Me and Nannylala are always asking tall men to get things off shelves for us in T's:o:o:oFailing that we go and "borrow" a roll of tin foil and "bat" things down:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I once tried to steal something from up above on the top shelve but couldnt reach... So i stood on the shoulders of a couple vampires.
To cut a long story short, i got caught and was charged with shoplifting on Two counts..........Who's the more foolish: the fool, or the fool who follows him?OBI-WAN KENOBI:beer: :A :beer:0 -
