If the item was not delivered to the intended recipient or returned back to you then you should claim. After all it means that they have not provided the service you paid forAvatar courtesey of HC :beer:0 -

That is not the same as using a coupon that DOES NOT scan on an item it was not intended and getting an SA to override it which is what was suggested earlier.
I've yet to find any of the "make a meal" items the 2 T's I have been to have them advertised on a hanging banner but the staff look at you like you have 2 heads when you inquire about them:mad:0 -
Hi elliemoo , we'll be spending a few days in delightful Carrick .
The Belfast day out for the Titanic will be a full day of fun so we'll have no time to fit in a City tour .
We saw a lovely pub in Belfast on a TV show with all the old fittings and gas burners still working , not sure of the name ...any idea ?
Found it ,the Crown .

Many thanks for getting back .:)
Yes it is the Crown, it has proper beer according to my OH and is where many of the celebs would call into if they are wanting a touch of real life, it is practically opposite the Europa Hotel which if you ask anyone in the city they will point you in the right direction.0 -

I can't read all 16 pages so I'm having to skip, sorry.
From the last thread....
Mistress Laid - Thanks for the offer but I've just bought a pair of shoes at £45 so I can't afford a second pair at the moment.
Fourp - Thanks for the info on the pizzas.
Snap - Thanks for the link to the claim form. I emailed Barratts shoes and they said they hadn't received them. They emailed back a few minutes later and asked if I had any proof of postage so I took a pic of the POF and emailed it to them. Within minutes they emailed back to say as a gesture of good will they give me a full refund. Would it be wrong to wait the 15 days and see if Barratts got them, and if not put a claim in?:rotfl:
Motherbear - I resubmitted my receipt except I added a minute to the time so I'll let you all know how it goes.:)
Apologies if I've missed anyone out.
if you could live with it and sleep at night:beer:
