Well I'm not trying to do any diet as such. I'm a little overweight at 15st and 6ft tall but not massively. My meals are a little big and tend to be all late in the day so just trying to eat more frequently and less and watching what I eat with a bias toward cutting my cholesterol. Beef of course is full of cholesterol so tonights dinner isnt quite as healthy as it could be!

Drinking less too and trying to eat more fruit.

Moving in the right direction though.....defo a work in progress though!

My big success though is cheese....I LOVE cheese but not eaten a block of cheese in almost a month now. :)

You not going to take advantage of the cheese price flop coupon coming up on Wednesday?

  • I am all for getting bargains but I think that's slightly extreme for free biscuits.

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

Have to be careful what I say here...it's against MSE rules to give medical advice/opinions. :o

    Just for the record, a normal BMI is 20 - 25; although some argue that it's 18.5 - 25.

Don't think what I said counts as medical advice. :)

Evening all! Finally caught up! Been playing catch up all week. Bought two of the pizza/ice cream/garlic bread this weekend & got free cool bag - really want another couple - great for future shopping - will try again later in the week (although freezer, fridge, cupboards all full so not entirely sure what my plan of action will be lol)

So, I've seen you all mention the OEP glitch over the past few months - sounds like it was a good one but it was before my time...................please would someone tell me what it was? Purely me being nosey  Make me jealous on another deal I missed ;)

Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.
