What do you reckon to the improvements to my diet Doc?
Hey FK,
I've just edited my post and given a possible explanation of why it is good.
I have noticed quite a few of your meals recently and one thing that seems obvious to me is that you're cutting out the carbs. Although I seem to remember you having tatties one night?
Are you going along the lines of the Atkin's diet?:grouphug:Official MSE canny forumite and HUKD VIP badge member

I could do with your advice on a "dilemma" i have at the mo. I have a chance to fly out to greece for 4 days and all i would need to pay for is my flights, which are just over £250. I can get the time off work one way or another, and have done the sums and can definitely afford it.
Would you go? It's a chance for some very welcome sun, a gorgeous place to go to and i know the people there.
My only bugbear is that when i went last year i got stuck there as my flight home got cancelled because of the strikes and i swore i would never go greek again. Surely that couldn't/wouldn't happen again???
It helps to have "someone else" to run this past. It's thanks to you lot (and mr t of course!!) that i don't have to worry about the money for probably the first time in my life :-)0 -
