Anyone know an address (head office) to send an official solicitors letter of complaint to for Orange. To think years ago I used to recommend these muppets.

Let your Solicitors work out the most appropriate address - they will probably use the Registered Office for Everything Everywhere, which is used for the service of all legal documerntation.0

I wouldnt waste your time to be honest with these clowns.
I have sent 3 emails now (which have been received and read) by their CEO Olaf Swantee and heard nothing. Not even an acknowledgement! Clearly, the organisation is flawed from the bottom right up to the very top as they dont give a toss about their customers.
Terrible company with non-existant customer service!0 -
I don't think Olaf has read your emails personally, he didnt become CEO of a company to spend all his time dealing with customers complaints0

or lost in cyber spaceDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
