Hello
Have finally found 2 mins to catch up on posts and come on here. Work has been busy (exam season) and have been catching up on jobs and a couple of really lovely jubilee celebrations. All these have added costs so its time to rein in the spending again. Went through cupboards and meal planned for the week so only spent £47 in Asd@ this afternoon got some YS fruit and bread, I dont usually see many reductions as go early morning. Dropped DD off at work on the way, she is looking forward to her first payday, I remember getting my first money in my hand, gave my mum a third and spent the rest on a dress from local market and some red ankle boots! Not done any washing today, to wet and blowy to put out and still have load on the airer. DW loaded and will go on this evening when dinner things put in. HM Quiche for me and DS, DD will make curry for her and BF when he gets here.
Thoughts to all who need them esp JaneyB, well done to De1amo DD.Thoughts to all. Mrs D.

Afternoon All
Weather not too good here, although the sun came out for about 2 minutes this morning, apart from that it is drizzly on and off. Still not as bad as some of you are having, hope you cope ok.
School today and we had a mini olympic torch relay which was fun and then off to other work tonight at 7 which I think will be very busy. Golfers don't seem to mind the rain too much!
Just pushed the hoover round but the house isn't too bad, will clean the bathrooms tomorrow and strip the beds but I think the drying will be on the airers. Managed to get the winter quilts washed and dried at other work (one of the perks of having industrial washers and driers to play with).
Hugs to all, take care. XX0 -

Trying to phone the ferry company, but they,re flippin permenantly engaged - will keep trying.Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Am waiting for the phone to ring, uncle and aunt landed at Heathrow at 4.30, but their flight to glasgow has been cancelled, so waiting to find out if they get another flight or I can get my jammies on! They will be totally exhausted, have flown direct from Auckland with just an hours stop in Hong Kong!RIP Iain
