Were you intending on carrying on with the product after the trial? Probably not. Then you are in the same boat as everyone else who has been signing up and cancelling.

Freebies are not your god-given right. They are a little perk. If you had spent money and not got it, fair enough, but you haven't spent a penny yet you are acting like a 12 year old having a hissy fit just because you can't have a £5 voucher!

Grow up and just put it off as a learning curve. Its £5 for gods sake, hardly an amount to get your knickers in a twist over!

After chasing up my Amazon voucher, someone phoned me yesterday and gave me the code over the phone, which I thought was very kind - it's now gone into my Amazon account.

So I'd advise people not to let it go, Audible have a backlog apparently and are wading through it, but it hasn't been helped by people setting up duplicate accounts!

For people who haven't received theirs, phone them on their 0800 number and ask if they could tell you firstly, if you are on the list to receive one and then when they think you'll receive it.

I have chased mine up (after chasing last week and being told someone would contact me within the week_didnt happen!). After some time on the phone I was given the code verbally which I applied to my amazon account as he told me. I am hppy that I have got the code but cheesed that it has taken such a lot of effort.
I agree_dont let up on this-it is a freebie but it was a promise made by audible which they should keep.
