Well, this is all very strange. I phoned Audible - got a call centre - and was told that it wasn't up to them to send the Amazon voucher & that I needed to contact Amazon. So I phoned Amazon and was told that it wasn't up to them, I needed to contact Audible! I told them I already had and they'd told me to contact Amazon and they couldn't help me any further. Disgusted.

We need to all chase them up for this as it BLATANTLY said we would get a £5 AMAZON VOUCHER FOR SIGNING UP TO THE TRIAL

So they cannot backtrack now! :mad:

I am sorry you have not yet received your £5.00 voucher for Amazon. They should be sent within 28 days of starting the plan, however, the team dealing with this promotion have suffered a delay due to high demand and all members on their records will receive the voucher as soon as possible.

Well, I got back to Audible yet again (spoke to someone else there) and they said I would receive a voucher within a couple of days. I've received nothing - this was about a week ago - and I assume nobody else has either (apart from the one person who said on here that they had)?

How come Ebay can send out 10 thousand vouchers in one swift swoop over lunchtime & Audible can't send out a scattered few?

This is fine BUT ;

1/ An immediate response this time doesn't make up for NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER 5 days ago! and

2/ IF this is obviously an ''introduction to'' Audible to entice us to use them again then of course we MIGHT be tempted IF the service was good , so this isn't looking great at the moment and they really do need to get the ball rolling and respond properly to customers if they want us to use them again in the future!!
