Alternatively you can cancel online by clicking on 'My Account' and going to 'Change My Membership'.

I've just tried this but it keeps telling me to provide a valid credit card for purchase but doesn't give me an option to input one anywhere

If i remember correctly they borrow £3 from your card to check that it is valid.

This money is then returned after 5 working days.

I've had about 4 free trials with them. Just use a different email address and card, and cancel before the trial is up

I cancelled mine too, it was getting too close to when they would take a month's subscription, but I don't reckon we'll get the voucher as it won't have been 30 days.

I got my voucher after 14 days you should them and ask them for it.
