If they made an error and corrected it this doesn't constitute a breach of contract.

IMHO you are wasting your and their time now. Ask them for some compensation that you feel adequate, not for termination.

Its their T&C's I had to agree to when taking out this contract, if they break it then that is their problem.

If I make an error and forget how many minutes I get 'free' a month do you suppose they would just shrug their shoulders and say "fair enough lets not worry about that just correct it next month"?

The problem is, you are actually financially better off as a result of a mistake. They have corrected the mistake quickly - the terms and conditions are applicable if they cannot restore you to the agreed terms as point of signing.

They can. they have, they don't have to let you go.

No. They will give you an opportunity to pay what is due. If you refuse they will terminate the contract and add the Early Termination Fee to the final bill.

I am not better off, I have lost a months worth of web'n'walk - ignore them saying they have discounted it, as i was getting it free anyway.

Not sure how you think I am better off?

You quoted to us their reply that you are now paying a discounted charge for the feature they cocked up on.

(They won't give in over pursuing you for the ETC for your remaining months from your minimum contract if you persist on demanding (and then use) a PAC)

You were too quick, I amended the post as realised why people may have come to that conclusion.

    Hey There,

Just wondering the day WnW+ was removed from the account? Was it significant? ie upgrade date or contract expiry date?? Only ask because often WnW is offered for duration of contract but as standard if requested its usually chargable, other times we will offer it free of charge for a set duration :)
