Accepted offer yeterday and EA has arranged new viewings for today ??

The EA did inform both viewers that we had accepted an offer before they came to view.
They recieved feedback yesterday from the 2.30 ones and they love it and want to offer when they get there morgage reapproved - i have told her to tell them that we are going with the first people but will keep any offers in mind if still available if the original sale has a niggle (dont want to jinx it
).
She has just said that the survey should proceed within a week and our buyers are underway with there sale (surveys done and sale agreed). As i said before we already own the house we are moving into, so hopefully it should run pretty smoothly after the survey - fingers crossed.
