Selling property but no one looking..

Hi, don't worry this is not plugging my property but I need advice. My apartment has been on the property now for over 5 months and not one viewer. We tried changing the text, pictures and price.
Could anyone offer any feedback why people might be put off by the apartment on the rightmove website.

If I am not allowed to post a link can the moderators offer an alternative solution. Thanks in advanced.

I like the flat but no viewers in 5 months is terrible and price must be the problem.
£66k to £65,899 doesn't count as a reduction.
Stick it on for £55k and see what happens.0 -
It looks gloomy - how about taking pics during the daytime and making sure windows are visible in as many photos as possible.0

All the other apartments in the block are going for 85,000 to 90,000.
I can't afford to drop the price down to £55k. The reason I only reduced it a little due to what I can afford.0 -

When you say going, you mean actually selling or being advertised at?
There are houses nearby for £75k and quite nice ones for a touch more:

If you can only afford to sell at a price that nobody wants to pay, then I'm afraid you can't sell. Why do you need to move?0 -
the problem is the price plus in my opinion the write up makes it sound dodgy!
is it only that price for a first time buyer? why aren't you trying to sell to others as well.
I think people are understanding how hard it is to get a mortgage and will go for the 3 bedroom house within a mile for 68k so they heave room to expand.
lower the price! how much did you pay for it?0 -
reading the agents blurb, reference is made to it being Not shared ownership. whilst it clearly isnt shared ownership i got the impresssion from reading it that the agent was trying too hard to convince readers that it wasnt a shared ownership/affordable housing type property. maybe this lack of clarity as to the status of the flat is putting people off. especially when you say other flats in your block are on for 85-90. are these shifting or not?0

It's the price for anyone to buy. I must admit it does sound dodgy. The price of the property as originally 90,000 but with the affordable housing scheme I got it for 72,500. Meaning I paid 80 percent of the market value. But when selling it I have to sell it at 80 percent.0 -

Not lately but 90 percent of the appartments are full except for the to let. Only 2 are on for sale. Can you offer a better way to word this?0 -
Photos are terrible. Take them again in the daytime.
Specifically
No. 2 - Tidy away the clutter, tidy the bookshelves and switch the telly off
3 - Tidy the clutter from the tops of units, take away the oven gloves and bin
4 & 5 - Declutter. What on earth makes you think that a tray of dishes on top of the drainer would be appealling to buyers?
6 - Don't photograph the doorframes
7 - Take away the clutter (you can see it in the mirror) and the bin
8 & 9 - Take away the clutter - the shampoo, the shower gels, the things hanging over the shower curtain rail, the cleaning products below the basin. And for goodness' sake, put the lid of the WC down! Why would anyone be attracted to, or want to see, the inside of your toilet bowl?
10 - Are the handbags on the door handle meant to be an appealling feature?
Most of the work involved in getting good photos of your property isn't photography-related. If you do a good job of presenting the place, it should just be a case of the EA or photographer walking in and going 'click' ...0
