    I think theres only one taxi firm in my mum's small town, and you'd definitely have to book well in advance for a 3am pick-up, because its not a 24-hour taxi firm.

    Find out who the licensing authority is, ie County Council, City Council etc. Write a letter of complaint to them, it may not do you a lot of good but they will then have a record if similar complaints are received
