Ppi

Options
I have a credit card with Mbna. I've been paying ppi for about 10 years. I was in permanent employment at the time and agreed to the ppi. But I tried to cancel it about 6 years ago when I knew I was going to be self employed and they convinced me to keep my ppi. Can I make a claim?

If you mean "can I claim all the PPI paid back", the answer would be no. If you have agreed to keep it when you rang to cancel, you've got no grounds for saying it was mis-sold to you. All you can do is cancel it now.
