I feel really bad

Am I the only one thinking that OP is being a little naughty in still marketing her house, despite the fact that she's accepted an offer?
I've just put in an offer on a house, and had it accepted. I've been assured that it's been taken off the market, but if i found out they were still showing people round i'd be dead upset...
That's all very well, but what guarantee is there that the purchasers aren't still looking at other properties? Who's to say the OP doesn't need to move quickly for some reason?
Until a survey has been done (and who's to say they've not been waiting weeks for one to be instructed), I don't see this as unfair - particularly as the OP has been advised to do this by her EA.
I've not operated in this way myself but I would if I had to - every situation is different and (in the nicest possible way as I don't mean to offend anyone!) nobody is entitled to judge somebody else's situation and motives for doing things in a particular way.0
