The default for June 2010 only appeared in August 2011 so it's a bit weird. The account hasn't run me into trouble per se, but it's difficult to apply for finance or look at mortgages with that sort of history on there0

I am in debt to the bank however all accounts have always been in order otherwise (I.e all payments have always been met). However I have been defaulted anyway which RBS recognize as an error on their part.
Hope that clears it up a little more0 -
Did you get any form of compensation for inconvenience? If not, i would talk to the FOS about this as they have messed you around a lot and prevented you getting credit.:beer:0
