I'm also in the "can't believe it's June" club - I've got an exam on Monday and I'm still wondering how it got this close! smiley-scared001.gif

Perhaps because of the exam, I'm a bit lacking in inspiration for this week's plan:

Friday - chicken kiev, chips and baked beans (probably, but I might change my mind tomorrow :undecided)
Saturday - Thai prawns with coconut rice
Sunday - out - staying in a hotel overnight before my exam smiley-scared003.gif
Monday - will treat myself to a nice lunch to celebrate the exam being over; a sarnie for dinner if needed

Tuesday - either something from the freezer or a meal at the pub before the quiz if I'm feeling decadent ;)
Wednesday - butternut squash tagine (thanks for the idea, hotcookie! :T)
    Thursday - veg chilli burritos
Back after a very long break!
