How do you get a Vodaphone rep to assist you?

I know it is only a day later but I have still had no communication from Vodaphone....I see that there is a rep willing to help others on here. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

    Find a rep's post at the end of 'vodafone complaints' thread. Follow their usual instructions for contacting them.

    Or just wait.
