Carphone warehouse cancel pay as go order

Hello

I ordered an HTC wildfire from CW at the weekend, it was pay as you go and free as long as you bought £10 top up.

CW have now emailed me to say the phone should have been priced at £99 so they cannot fulfill my order.

Are they able to do this? Are they obliged to fulfill the order?

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated!

Thank you

If it is a genuine error, and they have not taken your money and shipped the goods - they're not obliged to fulfill the order. Sorry!

They can do this. They are not obliged to fulfil the obviously erroneous order.

So thank GREEDY people like this who always mess things up for people who could get a good bargain.
    That's a bit judgemental.
