I've used T&M frequently (and still do) as others said they can vary but a lot of the condition of the plants will depend on how long they have been stuck in the mail system. Any problems I have had they have replaced the plants with no question.

I am starting to raise more plants from seem now which of course is cheaper and more rewarding. I will continue with T&M as with the other retailers if they have the products I wish. I have found some really good retailers on ebay as well.

I'm sorry but this isn't the case. Their suppliers vary - I purchased something called 'jumbo plug' and the 'things' I received were less than an inch long, including the plug part. Money was returned and not questioned so they knew complaints were genuine.
