Orange now increasing charges for small business customers as well
It had appeared that Orange's small business customers were excluded from Orange's well publicised price increases a few months ago, but Orange has just sent out letters to its small business customers advising of a similar 3.5% increase from 10th July 2012.
The odd thing is that while Orange is increasing its charges for those customers who are locked into a contract, it is still advertising the same non-increased prices for new contracts, for example on its SIM-only tariffs. If it can no longer offer the existing prices to existing customers, how can it offer those existing prices to new customers?
