Alarm Clock on iPhone

Options
Hi everyone!

I have a problem with standard iOS alarm clock app, when it rings in the morning I very fast just turn it off and go back to sleep... So I always oversleep -_-' I wonder if you know some cool, intelligent apps for iPhone that would be harder to turn off? I heard about some cool alarm clock apps for Android but I don't know any for
iOS...

So if you can recommend some clock alarm apps for iPhone, please just let me know :)
Thanks!

I use my Iphone as an alarm clock and I've not encountered this problem, I have choice of snooze or off and hit snooze a few times before I leap out of bed....

Maybe buy a cheap alarm clock and have them both going off?

  • Hey,

The problem is that I've tried putting it away from my bed and setting multiple alarms, but it just does not work for me... I'm always almost unconscious in the morning and turn the alarm intuitively just to go back to sleep o_O
I know it's gonna be hard to find the solution that will help me, but maybe I will :) If you could recommend something else I would be grateful.

How many alarms does the iPhone allow you to set? Try setting all of them at 5min intervals and has already been said put the phone well away from the bed so that you have to get up to stop it.

I have 4 alarm clocks. This works for me, I seem to sleep through the first two, sometimes three of them but 4? I seem to be able to just about wake up enough to realise whats going on and get up!

Another option is to get a post it, write on it the day of the week and what you need to do that day (eg Managers meeting, VERY IMPORTANT! or GET TO EXAM!) If you wrap this around your iphone, then tie a band around it, as its a touch screen you'll need to take this off to see the screen and deal with the alarm. If you have to see what your doing and read the note you may stand a better chance at getting up if you realise why you need to.

Another thing which used to work for me as a kid (not a nice one!) is to wash your face with ice cold water first thing. Not just a quick splash but properly wash with soap and water. If that does not wake you up there is always the shower...

The op need to see a Gp if the problem is everyday, might be lack of sleep or other reason.

I found great app in iTunes : Alarm Clock Extreme HD

it works great for me, 2 days now and I placed required QR code in bathroom just to do take a quick shower :)

Problem solved and I can recommend this one. It forces you to get up and leave bedroom. Awesome !
