Contract nearly at an end - what are my options?

Hi all. Just wanted some general advice as my contract is coming up to the end of the term.

Currently with T-Mobile with 300 mins, 300 texts, unlimited landline and unlimited internet (web'n'walk plus I believe), @£15.32 a month. Been with them on a 24 month contract with my HTC Wildfire.

Really keen to get my hands on HTC One X / Samsung Galaxy SIII / iPhone 4s but would be happy with the current tariff that I'm on as it's served me well.

Questions
1. Am I able to just continue with my tariff despite the contract term ending?
2. What are the chances of securing such a phone with T-Mobile?

    1. Yes, provided that there were no any discounts that can expire. If you don't cancel the contract, it goes on as a contract without a min. term requiring 30 days notice to cancel. That said, you can try negotiating a discount if you don't take a new handset.

    2. IMHO, pretty slim on this tariff, but you can try.

In both cases, just request a PAC 30 days before the end and see what their retentions team will be able to offer you. Meanwhile do your research on other options available.
