No advice to offer, but just my well wishes for your son's Grandma! When I was 15, my best friend's Nan was run over in a carpark. Unfortunately, she was too old and frail to survive it (the only saving grace was that she passed quickly). It was awful, and it wasn't even my Nan (though we were close), and my best friend was distraught, so I sincerely hope that she recovers well, and recovers quickly. xxxFebruary wins: Theatre tickets0

most large solicitors have someone who specialise in these claims - but not all do so on a no-win no fee basis.
Look in the yellow pages for a well established firm who also do this.
it won't hurt to find a number for the lady to call or her grandson on her behalf.
If you lived closer I could recommend a very good firm - but they may be a bit far away from you - though they may take the case and correspondence could be by phone post and email. if you are interested please feel free to PM me.
