Yes, all the offers work with gift cards (or anything else that store sells). But you can only use each offer once...

Thanks. if you dont mind me asking, judging by your signature, you seem to know a fair bit with amex. Whats the best option for a new amex card without any fees? i know they do direct cards as well as ones through BA/ lloyds etc.

that was silly of me not mentioning what have i got.!:rotfl:

I have got the platinum cashback credit card. i dont pay any fees and get a small cashback on all purchases.

I use my Nectar card the most out of any, despite not shopping in Sainsburys: https://www.americanexpress.com/uk/content/nectar-credit-card/

You get 1 point per £1 everywhere and up to 4 points per £1 at partners (Sainsburys, Homebase etc). The bonus offer is 10,000 which is worth £50 to spend at any of these: https://www.nectar.com/spend.points

Unfortunately they recently took off Amazon as a partner but Argos are pretty good and you can pay with your Nectar card so you don't have to plan or swap points for vouchers.

Alternatively the Gold Card is free for the first year and you can get 22,000 Membership Rewards points by being referred to it which is worth £110 when exchanged to Amazon or similar.

Yep, no problem at all. The only issue is if trying to get another MR-earning card (e.g. PRG in addition to Plat) - then according to the T&Cs you aren't eligible for a sign-up bonus, although some folk do still seem to receive them.

does anyone know if Shell sell amazon voucher? i checked in to a shell and then loaded offer onto the card only to find they didnt have any amazon voucher. only had debenhams / argos / boots / itunes which i didnt need. i shouldnt have loaded the offer onto card as now i have lost the oppotunity to use it again.

but before i try with another shell station, can someone confirm what other vouchers do they do? ta
