    It's a new one. Start date was the 5th December i think.

    Quite a few folk have reported this on FlyerTalk too - hopefully just a temporary glitch, this apparently happened one time before with the Shop Small offer.

    Has anyone contacted amex/foursquare on this as they are still not showing today?

    I rang Amex this morning and they said it was still running, but maybe just resync card? They also said they would honour the deal even if it didn't show as the special.

    I did that checked in at starbucks but no special came up, but spent £10 anyway (topped up my starbucks card) and it came through on foursquare as I had been credited with £5. So it seems it is still working but not showing?

    Yes I had, I have two foursquare accounts - one for my gold charge card and one for my platinum cashback on dh's account but couldn't see any specials on either. Was planning on a pre-Xmas trip to Harvey Nichols to get a magnum of prosecco for £5 :beer:

    They reassured me it is still working and seems to be as got a notification, so I would check in and if it doesn't work give them a ring? You could always ring them before so they could make a note on your account?

    I called Amex tonight, as posted on the forum, he confirmed that the deals were still showing on the system and they expire 30th or 31st Dec.
    He said they are still running the offers and have no control of what Foursquare display on their app or website.
    But he confirmed that if you were to shop and fulfil the amount paid during the offer period, they would honour it if you made a credit claim.

    Good customer service as usual from Amex :T
