entering USA on a visa - forms to complete?

Bit of a random question - Does anyone know if you have to complete any particular forms on the plane when entering the united states using a visa (like what we previously had to do with those green forms under the visa waiver program)?

I have a B1/B2 visa and this occasionally causes a few questions when I get to immigration control in the USA and they find that despite being a British Citizen with a UK passport, I have a visa.

Once they have a good look at my passport and see some of the stamps and visas for "dodgy" countries, they understand why I have a visa for the US.
