Im sorry but can i just say they will stop the offers if they are going to have nothing but trouble with more and more people phoning up asking for points and creating scenes in the shops (ok i know someone will jump in here saying they havent stopped them in the past blah blah blah)...im not getting at anyone in particular but if you read the vouchers they say - only one offer/voucher per transaction so they are within their rights to say no. I recently got refused using ANY vouchers against the sanctuary because i was getting the weekend travel bag free - they are within their rights to do that so i just smiled and said ok i will leave it thanks. Whats the point in getting all het up about not getting freebies when we know full well if we played it by the rules we wouldnt anyway - hence the reason they are called glitches. Sorry if this upsets people but i just get annoyed on behalf of the SA's who have to deal with this no doubt on a hourly/daily basis.

    hey guys

so can anyone recommend any products from the sanctuary skincare range that are really good! i have used the eye gel which i give a thumbs up to and also the facial oil which i give a double thumbs up to!!

anyone used the moisturiser or macro polish thing? getting a bit fed up of spending vouchers "trying" things would rather go for things people have tried and tested!

Hi i have used the moisturiser and its fab i am going to get another one with the times voucher and try the collagen mask

I second the moisturiser- I find it really rich so only need a little bit, so should last for ages.

i read it as im only allowed one of each voucher not that i can only use one voucher ( so i wouldnt try and use 2 no7 vouchers) but could use a no7 and any other . :)

The actual wording is 'not to be used in conjunction with ANY OTHER OFFER' though not 'dont use more than one of THESE vouchers per transaction'..... :)

Had a run in with the No 7 SA in my local Boots!
NO, you can't use the £5 No7 voucher when you buy the mirror!
NO, you can't exchange any creams/lotions, they're cosmetics!
NO, we only refund creams/lotions if you have a reaction to them!
No, you can't have a wrap, if you use a voucher!
Everything was no, no, no! Hateful madam, & so superior and sniffy!
Told her other local Boots do allow these things, and she commented that they shouldn't, and & 'you needn't think I will'.

Thought rude thoughts, then trundled merrily off to the pharmacy till, where SA cheerfully refunded £16.50, without a receipt, onto a giftcard. She also allowed me to use the voucher against the mirror, scanned the wrap with no comment, and took all my other vouchers.:j

Pharmacy lady told me that if the item you want to return is exclusive to Boots, then there is no reason not to refund onto a giftcard, even without a receipt. She felt that Boots had already had your money, then the product back, and by refunding onto a giftcard Boots guarantee getting the money again, cos you have to use the giftcard in Boots.

Why do the 'specialist' SAs have to be so superior and holier than thou? If the tills allow the glitches to go through, then HO must be aware of it.
My refund receipt actually has on it 'refund without receipt', so it must be allowed.

My DS won't come to Boots any more, cos I made him act as lookout for the No 7 bod while I was at the pharmacy till!

That's terrible Shokami. In one of the stores I went to yesterday (albeit a smaller one with no No 7 lady) all the electrical No 7 stuff was on an end display with lovely pink computer printed signs around it saying something along the lines of 'great mothers day gifts, all no 7 electrical stuff half price, including this lovely mirror reduced to £19.99 AND you can use your £5 voucher on it too'.

Heading to Boots tmw with my vouchers.

    Would the following work?

Times voucher - spf moist free,
    3 quid voucher from mag,
3 quid voucher from orange bag,
sanct eye gel - cost £1.95,
free bag and 150 points voucher from ACM?

    OR

Times voucher - spf moist free,
sanct body wash, 2 quid voucher from oriental wrap - £2.50 to pay or could I use salt scrub bar as its cheaper?
    free sanc bag
    150 points voucher from ACM

Getting so confusing with all these vouchers flying around lol. Still have 4 no7 vouchers to use up!

    Thanks
    oooooooh i luv a bargain :)

    Today i bought

Sanc pro most spf15 11.95 free with the Times
    Sanc body lotion 4.50
Sanc pamper bag 10.00 free w2p

4.50 to pay minus £2 lux bathing voucher
    so paid £2.50

£3 out mag scanned ok but didnt come off
£3 out previous pamper bag would not scan

    Hi,
Think that your 2 vouchers have not worked because there was nothing left for them to work on.Your skincare used the times free voucher up ,your free bag triggered the wrap(Bathing) voucher but the body lotion couldn't use the £3.00 vouchers as they are for white skincare.
does this make sense. They would have owed you money!:rotfl:
