My husband needs some training

He went shopping with the boys yesterday for mothers day presents.

Today I received 2 tubs of Sanctuary Mande Susu (my very favourite bubble bath)

He didn't take my advantage card so no vouchers / points
I didn't get a free weekend bag
I had to rescue the £5 No 7 voucher out of the waste paper basket

thats exactly what I thought! Im hoping someone might be decorating or something and be able to use all that paper or I shall feel awful!

No I'm still waiting hopefully!
The only time I've got anything was when I got one of the security guys to check through that I was using the machine correctly (as suggested by cs :rolleyes: ) and of course a load of sanctuary vouchers spewed forth...since then nothing. Phoned cs again who said the offers are only up-dated every 2-3 weeks so to keep trying (its getting very trying...had card for 3 months now!) They did give me 200 points as a goodwill gesture.
I'm getting more and more convinced that there has been a 'rogue' batch issued and we've got them? Will get a card for OH and may even try getting a replacement once I've spent my current points...but at least you're not alone!

Thank you so much to the original poster for the heads up on the Times voucher!

I have only just seen these posts as been out all day so have had a mad scramble in the last half hour round the local co op and garages to find copies of the Times!

I managed to bag 6 so am very pleased indeed :j

I already have two tubes of the microbrasion (which is excellent by the way) so what do others recommend getting as I don't want to waste the vouchers on something that is a bit rubbish :rotfl:

yey i got a Times voucher! hmmm what to spend it on?!

i have a £3 skincare voucher and a £2 bathing voucher. reeeely don't need another weekend bag - palmed 2 off as mothers day pressies and still have 3 upstairs! but could get free times product + wipes + bag for £1.95 + 100points! faaar too tempting to resist i think!

I recived a new card last week for my son and tried it in the machine, I got exactly the same as you, competitions and that was it!

A normal card has at least 10 to 15 offers on it, depending on your buy pattern.

my hubby has got a new card and he had the sanctuary offer of 100 points so i was very helpful and got him started with his first few points

Ive had the same problem...........just competitons i rand up cs they said give it another week if nothing then they will replace the card but i rang up again today and the gentleman said give it time just goes like that sometimes depends on wot u spend and wot u bought etc !!
