i then took the £2 bathing voucher out, got the 150 points sanctuary skincare voucher out the ACM machine, £3 skincare voucher out the H&B mag and bought the new skincare wipes and the body polish (+freebie bag). the SA took of the £2, added the 150 points BUT the £3 voucher wouldnt go through, it kept beeping. She said i couldnt use it in conjunction with the free pamper bag!!! awwwwww damn! i thought i'd get the wipes for practically nothing but hey ho you live and learn,
is there something i could have done differently???
Hi,
you said the £3 voucher did not go through. Did you check the price of the skincare, to see if the discount went directly to the price? I purchased the new skincare 24h lotion whihc was 11.95 and in the receipt it appeared as 5.95 because I used the £3 voucher from magazine and from weekend sanctuary bag. The SA also told me neither went through, but the price was right!:T0 -

I did ask on the other thread if anyone had any luck with these, but I was ignored!!
I wanted to try getting the hands spa with the parenting voucher, as I was planning on applying for the parenting club, but then miscarried my baby last weekend,so funnily enough, didnt bother!!
Good luck on whatever you choose X
I have not seen the *Heavenly Hands Spa Kit* but I was wondering whether the parenting voucher £5.00 would go through with the Facial Spa Kit Sauna thingy (whatever it is called)!
Can anyone remember if anyone posted saying they had got anything other than the mirror free? I started to go back through the posts but it would take forever.....0 -

Hi, apparently the £2 bathing voucher works with the free sanct weekend bag whose value is £10.
I've used the £2 ("buying" the free weekend bag), the magazine £3 and £3 from the weekend bag in a transaction with 1 new skincare and 1 other sanctuary item (thus getting the weekend bag). As I mentioned in another post, the price of the skincare in the receipt automtically reflects the 6£ discount and there is no other indication of the discount.0 -
Hi,
I will try to return the 3 items I puchased yesterday by John Frieda. Do you know if I present the receipt they will take the poiints from the boots card? I can get my money back, right?
also, someone mentioned they got triple points today... Do you know if when Boots does triple points online that is an indication they will also do in store Friday to Sunday?
And just to make it clearer in my mind: if I buy a topup voucher, do I algo get triple points?
Thanks for your help.0 -

Mrs W...
It depends which retail park you're going to.
Kingsway doesn't stock the sanctuary skincare & is very small.
Wyvern is slightly better but they do tend to be a bit funny with accepting vouchers.
City Centre store is your best bet...they're quite happy to take anything & in the week even have SA's giving *advice* on what to get the bargains with
One tip though...parking charges are horrendous in Derby...i can thoroughly recommend the Park & Ride near Derby County Football ground on Pride Park (tis signposted)

Hi, went to Boots today as I had a Sanctuary urge
I was going to go for the cheapest items just so I could have another Sanctuary bag but I realised how pointless this would be as I would only end up taking them back the day after! ( I do that a lot )
I ended up with a reduced body spritz for £2.72 and a Sanctuary microdermabrasion which was £9.95 plus a free bag which contained a voucher:T
I was on my way out of the shop when I spied another Sanctuary bag, the last in the shop by the look of it, and I couldn't resist
I bought some reduced Sanctuary wipes at £2.50 and another microdermabrasion at £9.95 as it is something I am hopefully going to use.
I also found another pack of reduced Sanctuary wipes so ended up exchanging them for the body spritz which I didn't even want in the first place so that made me happy
On both transactions she took all my vouchers and they all worked except the £2 off which didn't work on either transacation?
I wasn't bothered though as I still feel like I got a great deal.
I also bought a reduced weightwatchers digital set of scales for £8.99 (10 year guarantee) which I think is a great price, no idea what they were originally though.
All the suncare had been reduced to £6 and was on bogof so I literally filled my boots
I found 2 No7 vouchers just left on the side (thank you mystery person!) so I got 2 facial massagers for free to give to my pregnant sister in law and my dear friend.
All in all, a great day out was had by all :rotfl: :T :rotfl:Stopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945Smoke free days = 11 Years :TCash saved so far = £125,45,110 -
My Mum bought some things online yesterday which qualified for the free wrap and had an email today saying the free gifts were out of stock. Anyone had any experience with ringing customer services and asking for a replacement or to collect one in store? Thanks in advance.....0
