So after reading on here, why are some peoples boots ebay auctions getting pulled and not others?

I dont sell on ebay but I was just looking on there, and there are still loads of serums being sold, and alot of them have the blurb and picture from boots.com, so why are theirs being allowed but yet people on here are saying theirs got cancelled?
All men hear is blah, blah, blah, blah, SEX, blah, blah, blah, FOOD, blah, blah, blah, BEER:wall:

Morning all - I seem to remember that someone said that you could pay via paypal on Boots.com - is this true?? I can't seem to find that option in one of the 'payment methods'??
would be grateful for confirmation from anyone who has paid using paypal - thanks!

nb - what are people getting with their £5 off no7 from the recent mailings - any ideas what to use it against?? Cheaper the better!!XX

Yes you can pay by Paypal also go through Quidco or Pigsback for some cashback

Rubbish boots day today. Wanted free straightening kit, but sa only took mag voucher and when i asked why not the mailing one she said that was for electrical hair straighteners! (doh!) I said no it isn't, took ages reading it and then said well you cannot use both vouchers together, so ended up paying 5 pounds for it. Got hydroquench mask with mailing voucher and 250 points voucher from wrap and a couple other things just to bulk up and look less suspicious about the straightener kit... :-S It was in Leicester city centre (big) branch, if anyone knows which is the best till to go to to get helpful sa please advice! Ta!
  • Just had a fab time at boots. :D
Went in armed with my £5.00 parenting voucher and my £10.00 pigsback voucher.

I picked up 1 No7 micro-dermabrasion exfoliator (10.00) and 2x completely quenched luxury body lotion (8.75 each) (I needed all these items)

I then went and picked up a straightener kit.

Went to the pharmacy, the young lady scanned all my items and I handed over my Advantage card - parenting voucher and half price straighten voucher (parenting) she proceeded to scan them all. But when she scanned the straightener one, the till gave a loud BEEP. She said "I will put them through as 2 seperate transactions" I thought NOOOOOOO!!!! im trying to disguise the parenting coupon.... anyway she scanned my 3 no7 items, scanned my parenting coupon and voi-la "Thats £3.75 for those please" :D:D took a tenner out my purse and paid :D

Then came the straightening kit:eek:  she put it through the till, and tried scanning the coupon, it wouldnt have it at all. the lady tried to override it and it wouldnt accept it. So I paid with my pigsback voucher - so really it was free. I should have said "Its ok I will leave it" but the girl was so flustered with my transactions that I just paid with my pigsback voucher for the straightener it

I dont understand my receipt though, It says:

    No7 TotalRenMicrod -£5.00
    No7Cqluxmoisltn £8.75
    No7 qluxmoisltn £8.75 now .00
    saving £8.75

    Total saving today £23.75
    Including £10.00 Deals
    and £5.00 Save
    :confused::confused:

I dont mind though :rotfl: :rotfl:

In total I spent £3.75 out of my own pocket and saved £38.73 :D:D:D and received 74 points... not bad :)

now only about 4 times a week :rotfl: :rotfl:
the other mums at Ds school make me laugh, they ask me everyday am i off into town to boots, and i allways pick him up with a boots bag in my hand:rotfl:
they ask why i shop their so much ;);) im not telling ;);)
    do you come here much??

anyway soltan self tan is all half price and there is a 200point voucher in the ac machine for it.
some products are under £2 so effectively free or their is a starter kit reduced to £2.50 so effectively 50p.

It seemed ok to me, but thats probably because its new and unusual. I think we all get fed up of our own stores. I was hoping they had a huge new Boots store on the new retail park but there wasn't.
I never got to go to the Bangor store as we didn't stop there, just drove through on the way to somewhere else.

Lucky you living in Llandudno- do you get sick of us tourists??

Maxfactor GWP little bags are scanning free I think. They are PVC bags with a black and white film image on the front. I was getting some powder (£4.45) anyways so picked one up to see what would happen. I think these might be leftover stock as there is no obvious promotion on, and there were no Maxfactor girlies around to ask. Might try one tomorrow without buying a Maxfactor product!!

Do I try and list my 5ml tubes of P&P cream tonight on ebay? Is it worth it?
