I actually carried on straightening my hair for 2 days after using the kit, not recommended:eek: but the straighteners i used werent strong enough for the job. I invested in some decent ones (they came with extra points :T ), when i straighten my hair, it lasts for a good 2 days. Its been 6 months since i straightened my hair, edited to add, and dont mind how it looks, if it goes wrong i'll just get it chopped off!

Will have to get a before and after pic myself when i actually get the time to do it:o

Anyway, im trying to persuade dh to go into Boots for me to get a glasses voucher, and he is refusing point blank. My mum will but cant get off work til the end of the week, so just have to be patient. Have started making a shopping list for her anyway:T

We need a tutorial for budding wannabe tarts here:rotfl:

    Hi!
After weeks of decadent bathing with all my Sanctuary purchases, I decided to try Boots Basic soap. A 3-pack costs 29p (remember to factor in the points) I'm just out of the bath, and...well, it was actually very nice. Bargain. Has anyone tried any other Basics?

I tried the Basics conditioner at 32p and ended up with 8 bottles of it as there was a Botanics glitch on at the time.

    My hubby swears by it!

Ethelbloggs your hair looks amazing - honestly was it easy to do and did you have help or did you do it yourself. Really want to do mine but wont start tonight if it will take too long. Your advice would be most appreciated. Thanks

Wow ethel that is amazing- lovely & straight. Never thought you could get that effect from a home product .Amazing , plus you look great ;)
I just hope it gives the scaredy cats the bottle to risk it now
However im sorry this scaredy cat still doesnt have enough courage :rotfl: - its taken me too long to get used to curls. Unlike you I think i look older with straight hair, i can hide behind me locks.

But I would say great for a £5.99 postage .

IamBroke i have used the voucher on its own with no minimum spend no problems - i just bought a snactuary produce. The terms dont say a minmum spend so thereshould be no reason for the sa to say anything.I use the old chestnut " i have spoken to head office and they said it was fine " if anyone queries anything :D

Whats the best price you have had for your No7 protect and perfect minis?

I put two of mine on last night as I think the interest will be shortlived once Boots get it back in stock.

Mine went for £4.61 and £4.78, not bad for a freebie!

I got £10.50 for mine,I saw some today go for over £20.
I don't know why some get so much more!

I might sell the ones in the Lipstick bags I bought with the money on e-bay.
Buyers don't seem to realise they get a sample with the bags!
