been reduced to £1.12 in the hanley clearance section. there were lots last week and only 2 left yesterday i just noticed the price online.

the feet treats set i got today was £1.25 but £5 online

Bad day for me. Went to Ilford to get face massagers, and SA kept telling me she'd have to check, she asked 4 people, then I just said "I've bought electricals from other stores no problem, i'll pay by cash for them if you're scared of getting into trouble and sort it out at another store" (I was getting really ticked off after having to wait 40 mins while she asked half the store), then she tried it, and lo and behold, it went through fine. Just happy to have finally got one!

Went to romford boots to get a sanctuary bag, and got wipes and soap, gave my £2 voucher, points voucher and £3 voucher, and the SA refused to take my £3 one at all! She said I could only use the £2 one (whats the point them advirtising it when they won't use it), i'd happily have left the £2 one to have the £3 off. So in teh end, my bag, soap, wipes and 2 bottles of ribena cost £8.70 Then asked SA if I could return or exchange my items, and was told yes, so I shall be taking wipes back have have the value on a giftcard or something, not a good day

Sorry to hear you and your Mum had such a bad day. Do contact CS. I reported a guy once for being really rude to me in Boots at Kensington. I guess he was just having a bad day, and probably had a string of rude customers before I came along (that's Kensington folk for you). CS spoke to his manager, so they do take this kind of thing seriously. The SA who served you today should not be allowed to get away with treating you both in this way. CS will do something about it, so please give them a call first thing. Good luck:D

Quite frustrated with the AC machines! I have used my AC loads (and have about 35 pounds worth of points on it). I usually get offered loads of vouchers on my card, but when I went into town today I didn't get any!! Just entry into competitions. I'm not impressed! I've no idea why the offers have disappeared??

On a brighter note, I had 3 of the 5 pounds vouchers to used and managed to get 3 of the facial/body massagers. There was only 1 left in my local store (Wakefield) when I left today. The SA said they may get more in. They are a discontinued item but keep receiving a few in their deliveries. These will make fabby gifts (along with all No. 7 suncare and botanics items I've got!).

Oh sugar! I was going to use my fcuk voucher tomorrow. I won't bother if I have to spend 7.00 (would rather spend less and get a free pamper bag:D )

Yes, there is a 3.00 voucher in the Sanctuary weekend bag...if you are lucky:D Every bag has a code stamped on the packaging. Codes that start with a 6 do not have vouchers. Vouchers are in the bags that have a code starting with 7 or 8. You can actually see the voucher inside, so it is worth taking a look. I've had two bags with vouchers and one without. Luck of the draw I guess.

The lovely SA who served me this morning took all my vouchers. I bought skin toner @ 5.95 and body wash @ 4.50 and free bag. N7 face/body massager @4.99
also bought 2 magazines to make it over a 5.00 spend so I could get another 5.00N7 voucher. But, I made an error. I meant to buy the eye gel and picked up the toner instead, because I was in a hurry...as usual. Total to pay came to 3.88
I used 200 and 150points AC machine vouchers for Sanctuary. 3.00 bag voucher, 3.00 mag voucher, 2.00 wrap voucher and 5.00N7 voucher. So really, I only paid 38p for this lot...amazing:j No wonder we're all addicted to Bootsing:D
