I know how you feel! I am getting a bit embarassed going in now and doing the same transactions every day with the same vouchers that have to be overridden!

ztopgirl - dont let it go. They are definately trying to fob you off with 100 points. I think they have misunderstood your complaint. They accuse you of wanting extra points, and then instead of offering an apology reward you with a few measly points. They are therefore kind of saying here is the points that you made such a fuss over and shut up. If I was you I would write back to the manager, and say please remove the extra 100 points and do not insult my intelligence. Then write exactly what happened and demand an explanation from the manager and the the stoooopid SA. hang on in there girly XXX

Im made up that the new voucher is poo, cos Im seriously skint and the poor bank account really needs to be in boots rehab!!

However, I still ahve 2 x £5 vouchers to use, 2 x 250 points on hydro quench to use, 1 x £2 off £10 spend on luxery bathing to use, and Im awaiting a £5 boots voucher from valued survey, so a quick last bootsing surch me thinks on the weekend, though I antiscipate not all vouchers will be used!!

I would take it further and write a letter of complaint to CS and include a copy of the letter they have sent you. Do not let it rest till you have a satisfactory outcome....Good luck x

ZZtopgirl, you poor thing!! How youve been treated is disgraceful, I wouldnt let it lie, and would complain back that its not the points, its the principle of being falsly accused of something you havent done. The Sa's in question need sacking for their appaling behaviour, how would they like it if it was roles reversed. they will get their comeuppance!! They need serious re-training or a new proffesion that doesnt involve working with people as they very obviously do not possess people skills!!

Yes, I still have 4 no7 vouchers and a hydroquench voucher. I had sold them on ebay, but buyer decided she didn't want to pay for them so I'm stuck with them :mad:

I am amazed they think they can resolve the matter by offering you 100points - that's disgusting! Is this the response to your telephone complaint?

I would fire of a letter to someione high up eg director or chirman should get you some extra apology and compensation.

I complained about an awful tesco worker in petrol station got no apolgy so wrote to chairman he was very apologetic send £25 voucher and said they would talk to her. They tried to steal my clubcard!!! refused to give it back told me I hadn't given it to her. When I insisted she suddenly found it on the floor. Funny thing is the points I had just got were on there!

Worth a try I think. We all feel for you some Boots staff are awful some ar excelent.
