I just got a letter back from the store manager, no apology for what happened and 100 ac points 'for the upset caused'. Have my ac back, so will get mum to use up the points.

Rang back cs, spoke to manager who dealt with it yesterday, he didnt get a chance to speak to store manager but is going to call regional manager and call me back today.

Im shaking again:mad: Thank god for internet shopping, at least i cant get accused of stealing from them.

Did someone say sanctuary was back on 342? If thats the case than could get more for your money, but its still not a brilliant glitch.

It is pretty trash a £10 minimum spend to get plus a £10 oulet to use it - and whats all this about a glasses voucher
I thought about combining it with the £2 voucher from the wraps but dont know if this would would work as both vouchers say £10 needs to be spent so in theory you would still need to spend £12 minus one voucher =£10 minus other voucher = £8 .
The sanctuary is NOT going to be on 3 42 and there are no plans to do any other promotions on it while the bathing voucher is on .POO !
I think boots will see a drop in sales and have loads of no 7 suncare & sanctuary products left !

zztopgirl- what happened to you was not something minor like a faulty mascara or something it was a false accusation in a store by a nasty mean sa who doesn't deserve her job.In my opinion it should be that sa who apologises to you aswell as the manager and i don't think 100points is much of an apology for the hurt caused, its not about money or points but the actual principle of boots and customer relations.don't let them fob you off-call them agin and demand a proper explanation and a proper apology.How would they feel if the sa had been accused of shortchanging, scamming, prejudice or anythingelse by yourself.If i had that sa's name i would leave it around in phoneboxes with that particular stores phone number!;)

Boots online are giving 1000 extra points on £70 spend and 500 extra points on £40 spend between today, 28th March and Tuesday 3rd April 2007.

Just tried the extra points codes KGAC43 and KGAC34. they arent working anymore. But I guess it isnt bad if you combine the offer with say the 750 extra points from clinique. Maybe get 4 things so you can get 1500 points plus the bonus 500, then go through quidco and get 3.5% or through any other scheme.
