Cat72, I was in Glasgow Fort today, and I agree the
Benefit counter girls were horrid, is that some kind of uniform they wear.
Some of the SA's on the main tills are really nice and friendly, and will
    help you out with glitches/vouchers.
Didn't see any reduced sanctuary stuff. Thanks for the info, I will try
    again tomorrow.;)

Reduced stuff is at the back of the store- beside the toilets there is usually some aisles with reduced things. On the back shelf there is normal ornament stuff and next to that are boxes of sanctuary oils at £3. There are some other things at good prices- I got a heated pillow thing for half price.
I agree the girls at the tills are nice- especailly the pharamacy but the benefit girls- wow I think their personalitys got lost in their drawers.
Their outfits were like the pink ladies from grease gone wrong- but I dont think they would have looked good in anything to be brutal .The thing is Im a total make up junkie, and there stinky attitude costs them business. The chanel women she knows an addict when she sees one and is always very nice- im even on the mailing list, and dior, and estee lauder....
Do you work at the fort- as their isnt really anywhere nearby ? I live quite a distance away ( about 20 miles ) and pop up once a week and then for the beauty products and a visit to borders or nandos with my loyalty card .I noticed all the no 7 massagers are gone.

I had my make-up done by a wonderful young lady on the Benefit counter in Debenhams in Oxford a while ago. She asked if she could help as was browsing, when I said I'd forgotten my make-up bag and was going out later (which was the truth), she did my make-up for me and told me that I was under no obligation to buy anything either (which I didn't as they didn't have the right colours anyway). Because of this I'm a complete convert to Benefit Non-fiction foundation - I bought a bottle online a year ago (£5 cheaper than in store) and it's still not even half empty - when I think how long it's lasted, it's probably one of my cheaper make-up purchases! So they're not all bad! But there is never anyone by the counter to ask in my local Boots though.

I can't seem to find the sanctuary stuff in Oxford at all that it would work with the Times voucher. I'm not familiar with the range at all so I'm not sure what I'm looking for, my Mum loves it though and it would make a nice pressie for her, so I will keep searching! I'm sure they hide it all when I go in there... :rotfl:

  • Looking for Sanctuary bags?....
Just an idea for those looking for bags - check the window diplays. My local store has none left on the shelves, but there are 3 in the window. If you ask one of the helpful sa's they may get one for you.
