My housekeeper also has a very annoying habbit.
She keeps cashing her pay cheques. Ha

my housekeeper insists I call her mum! I do humour her on that though
On a more serious note might I suggest a scolds bridle. We had difficulties you would not believe with the gardener, equal rights and minimum wage what nots. This fixed it perfectly well, he can't even spit in my chai latte if he doesn't like my instructions0
