Is there any way of checking it 'for sale history' - just I thought I saw it at £87k and wondered why the huge drop in asking price?!
Thanks all for your replies, just want to gather more info on this - but a bit simple with computers and what sites to use, this is my partners account you see...0 -
It could have been relisted as a new entry so that you can't see the previous price on Property Bee unless you have the old entry saved as "saved property" on Rightmove. Have seen agents start to do this increasingly to avoid people being able to Property Bee big price drops. Is there any way of checking it 'for sale history' - just I thought I saw it at £87k and wondered why the huge drop in asking price?!

A similar 2-bed terrace on that road sold in Feb 2011 for £66k according to mouseprice.com. Sounds like the owner bought in the height of the property boom so the huge price drop may be simply them realising that's the case and having to reprice to sell.0
